Dark Horse Presents v1 #58, 1991 - Imprisoned along with his parole officer Lucille, Marv tries to make sense of the lethal killer who put them there. The main character's drift back into consciousness is elegantly captured on Frank Miller's opening splash. Remaining pages are less innovative, but no less intense. As usual, Miller's layouts and careful pacing come to the fore. This episode was later reprinted in the Sin City trade paperback. Other artists in this issue include Eric Vincent.
