DC Comics is giving Superman fans the chance to attend the film's world premiere, and it's all thanks to Krypto the Superdog.
Per a press release from DC Comics, the publisher will send two lucky fans to the world premiere of James Gunn's Superman starring David Corenswet, assuming they find the pair of "Krypto's Golden Biscuits" hidden in select copies of the upcoming Facsimile Edition reprint of 1955's Adventure Comics #210. Winners must claim their prizes by July 25 and will be subject to an affidavit/release and background check. Fans looking for more information about the hunt can find it at KryptoGoldenBiscuit.com.

Adventure Comics #210 Facsimile Edition
Written by Otto Binder and featuring interior and cover art by Curt Swan (along with artists Ramona Fradon and George Papp), Adventure Comics #210 stands as a historical moment for pop culture for marking the debut of Krypto the Super-Dog. The classic issue introduces Krypto as Superman's very own long-lost childhood pet, who narrowly survived the destruction of Krypton and arrived on Earth decades after his former owner. Since then, Krypto has been reimagined and reintroduced across dozens of iterations of the DC Universe, and is set to play a key role in James Gunn's upcoming Superman feature film.
Superman will star acclaimed canine actor Jolene in the role of Krypto alongside Corenswet in the titular role of Superman. The film will also introduce a whole host of other superpowered figures, including Nathan Fillion's Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Isabela Merced's Hawkgirl, and Edi Gathegi's Michael Holt/Mister Terrific. Superman's non-powered leading cast is rounded out by The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane and X-Men veteran Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor.

The silver screen isn't the only place where Krypto is set to take center stage, as the Good Boy from Krypton will be leading his own solo series in the form of Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton. Written by Ryan North with illustrations by artist Mike Norton and colors by Ian Herring, Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton will give readers a glimpse into its titular canine hero's true origins.
Per DC Comics' official synopsis for the series, Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton will find Superman's parents, Jor-El and Lara-El, working on the prototype of the ship that would eventually ferry their infant son to Earth. When Krypto becomes the prototype's first real test subject, he and the ship enter "an unexpected space-time gateway, and days later, from his point of view—even though it's been decades in real time—Krypto lands on Earth." Like the Adventure Comics #210 Facsimile Edition, Krypto: The Last Dog of Krypton is also set to arrive on comic book store shelves on June 18.
