As announced last month, starting with issue #6, artist Juan Ferreyra will be coming aboard the ongoing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series as artist. This follows a lineup of acclaimed artists who each worked on issues that spotlighted different Turtles and the new villain. Today The Beat is proud to exclusively reveal covers and solicit info for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #7 available in comic shops on February 26, 2025.
It goes without saying IDW’s relaunch of the TMNT ongoing series has been a resounding sucess. The debut issue received more than 300,000 orders, making it the biggest comic book launch of 2024 so far. For comparison, Absolute Batman #1 reported 250k and G.I. Joe #1 reported 225k.
I’m pretty sure we’ve only said the TMNT are being hunted when they’re back in NYC, not that the Foot Clan has taken over NYC and runs the police, firefighters, etc.
