Goofy Comics v1 #22, 1948 - Regarded in his neighborhood as an unhelpful oaf, Bert the Bear redeems himself when an overflowing stream threatens a family of otters. Out of three text stories in this issue, Frank Frazetta only illustrates the final one. While not extraordinary, his artwork slides past the others in pure care and draftsmanship. Other artists in this golden age comic include Al Hubbard and Jack Bradbury. This is number 3 of 16 Goofy Comics issues by Frazetta.
