Hardcore Station v1 #2, 1998 - An imposing being named Synnar arrives on Hardcore Station, drawing suspicion from Chief Justice Max. Before he's able to investigate, a team of insect-like alien assassins converge on the new guest. Layout and sequencing are Jim Starlin's strength, aided by Joe Rubinstein's terrific inking. Large panels, spreads and splashes are used with skillful intent, to the story's benefit. Starlin's cover is arguably the best of the series. This is 2 of 6 Hardcore Station issues by Starlin.
