Houzz, a global platform for home remodeling and design, has announced Trevor J. Peterson of The Coterie | Atelier as the winner of its Superman-themed 3D design competition, held in celebration of the new "Superman" film. Using the Houzz Pro 3D Floor Planner, Peterson created a modern interpretation of the Fortress of Solitude - an organic mountain estate blending stone, wood, and cascading waterfalls.
Chosen by public vote, Peterson's visionary design stood out for its mythological inspiration and client-focused details, including a fully outfitted suite for Krypto the Superdog. He credited Houzz Pro's precision tools, like the Clipper Tool, for helping bring his concept to life under a tight deadline.
The contest ran from June 16th - 30th, with finalists selected by Houzz editors and the winner revealed in July. Peterson receives a prize package from Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood valued at $3,100.
Houzz continues to provide professionals with innovative tools like the 3D Floor Planner, empowering designers to transform their visions into immersive, presentable spaces. For more information about the winning design and to explore the capabilities of Houzz Pro, visit Houzz.com.
