Jackie Chan Challenges Tom Cruise With New Action Movie Stunt

Jackie Chan is 72, but he still has no interest in acting his age. The martial arts star is filming Armour of God IV: Ultimatum, returning as treasure hunter Asian Hawk nearly 40 years after the original film. The sequel is now shooting in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, with a planned 2027 release. Chan launched the franchise in 1986 with Armour of God, a film he directed and starred in. His character, known as Asian Hawk, joins his friend Alan to rescue a kidnapped woman from cultists searching for a legendary suit of armor. The movie gave Hong Kong its own answer to Indiana Jones, with Chan handling the stunts in his usual reckless style.
