Jerry Bruckheimer Confirms Johnny Depp ‘Pirates’ Return Talks

It looks like Johnny Depp may be heading back to Disney. Pirates of the Caribbean producer Jerry Bruckheimer said the studio is talking with Depp about returning as Captain Jack Sparrow in a sixth film. Bruckheimer gave the update during Disney’s D23 event while speaking with Deadline. “We’re talking with Johnny, we’re working on a screenplay, and hopefully we can get this done,” he said.
