Titan Comics and Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe will collaborate to publish a brand-new comic series based on the Little Nightmares video game franchise. Little Nightmares: Descent to Nowhere #1 will arrive in 2025.
The upcoming Titan Comics book is written by Lonnie Nadler (The Sickness, Cable), with art by Dennis Menheere (Etheres, Beyond Real). Nadler is also the showrunner and lead writer for the Little Nightmares podcast, Sounds of Nightmares. The Little Nightmares: Descent to Nowhere four-issue series "will take readers into an investigation story navigating between the Nowhere, a nightmarish world filled with frightening inhabitants, and the Counties, an equivalent to our world." The series will include a graphic novel collection.

Little Nightmares: Descent to Nowhere will debut next year, but fans who attend next week's New York Comic Con will receive an exclusive early preview of the series at Bandai Namco's booth #2319. Titan Comics Editor Phoebe Hedges is excited about the Little Nightmares comic book and its creators. "It's been an incredible journey to distill Little Nightmares into the comic medium," she said. "Lonnie and Dennis have packed each panel with depth and deeper meaning for a twisting mystery that'll leave you haunted and yearning for the next issue."
The Little Nightmares' Universe
Little Nightmares is set in a world of mystery and follows the journey of Six, a hungry little girl who must escape the Maw, an iron vessel inhabited by monstrous, twisted beings. Titan Comics' description of the universe reads, "After vanishing without a trace, children wake up in a vast nightmare reality filled with monsters, where survival comes at a cost, and escape is nearly impossible. However, a glimmer of hope remains, full of innocence, the children always seek to find a way out. They can count on their curiosity and ingenuity to escape various monstrous threats and solve puzzles and mysteries."

Developed by Tarsier Studios and published by Bandai Namco, the puzzle-platform horror adventure game Little Nightmares debuted for PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One in April 2017. A Nintendo Switch version arrived in May 2018, followed by a Google Stadia version in June 2020. Playdigious published a mobile version of Little Nightmares in December 2023. Bandai Namco released Little Nightmares II in 2021 and recently announced Little Nightmares III, in development by Super Massive Games, for a 2025 release.
