“Over the past two seasons, Mindy [Kaling] and Charlie [Grandy] have created an incredibly fun and fresh world within the iconic whodunit franchise [of Scooby Doo],” Max said in a boiler-plate statement. “While we won’t be moving forward with another season of the series, we thank them for their compelling coming-of-age storytelling, unrivaled clues, and hilarious hijinks.”
Puh-leeze. It was terrible. I couldn’t even bother to finish it. At least the first series was worth an occasional hate-watch.

The 10-episode second season of the Max Original from Warner Bros. Animation dropped April 25 and was roundly booed for its snide irreverence for the source material and its viewers. This was a wise choice for Max. A wiser choice would’ve been to cancel it even sooner.

I'm not as much of a "CoMiCs NeEd MoAr DiVeRsItY & iNcLuSiOn" advocate as my girlfriend often is, but we both love funny books, crispy bacon, straight bourbon and hip hop. Add yet, we never vote the same, so we cancel each other out... and that works perfectly in my book!
