My Marvel Mea Culpa: I Got This Wrong!

Let no one say Victor James does not admit his mistakes, because I sure will pat myself on the back when I’m right, but no one is perfect (except Jesus Christ). Yesterday, I reported that Marvel Comics writer Steve Foxe pulled a Steve Foxe, and made Doctor Doom’s protégé Kristoff gay.

But I was wrong! Since no one is reading Marvel Comics much anymore, many outlets missed that this Killmonger is in fact a woman – because alternate universe and everything.

So, my bad. I let my bias against the big two lead me astray this time. The good news is that Kristoff might still have biological children one day. To make up for this mistake, I vow to buy a physical copy of this issue when it comes out. That’s the least I can do besides this mea culpa.
