McFarlane Toys has unveiled a first look at exciting new DC Multiverse figures based on Zack Snyder's second DCEU movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The Batman Knightmare figure and the Superman & Doomsday 2-pack will launch pre-orders this month.
MacFarlane Toys revealed the DC Multiverse statues on X (formerly known as Twitter). Fans can pre-order the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice figures starting October 18 at select retailers. The Batman Knightmare figure showcases the Dark Knight donning the tactical gear, complete with a brown coat, aviator goggles, and a pair of binoculars, featured in the movie's Bruce Wayne dream sequence where he leads a rebellion in a post-apocalyptic world against an evil Superman. The memorable scene had Batman, portrayed by Ben Affleck, fight a slew of Superman's minions and Parademons, who eventually take him down before he comes face to face with the murderous Man of Steel.

The DC Multiverse Superman & Doomsday 2-pack doubles the fun as the iconic pair square off in McFarlane Toys' reveal on X. The toy company's Doomsday figure is an exact replication of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice's iteration, which Lex Luthor genetically engineered using a combination of his DNA and that of a deceased General Zod. His adversary is depicted in the likeness of Henry Cavill's Superman, complete with Snyder's BvS costume design. McFarlane Toys' first-look image homages the big fight scene at the docks near the end of BvS. In the 2016 film, a retelling of the iconic DC Comics story, The Death of Superman, occurs as Superman and Doomsday seemingly neutralize each other permanently.
Another DC Multiverse 2-Pack Inspired by a Fan-Favorite Batman Movie
In August, McFarlane Toys unveiled a brand-new DC Multiverse Alfred Pennyworth & Batmobile 2-pack inspired by the 1995 cult classic film Batman Forever. The 2-pack, which comes with light and sound, features Alfred inspired by the iconic British actor Michael Gough's iteration in Batman Forever. Gough played Bruce Wayne's faithful butler in three other films -1989's Batman, 1992's Batman Returns, and the infamous Batman and Robin. Gough had the distinction of starring alongside three different Dark Knight actors -- Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, and George Clooney.

Batman Forever's Batmobile was an updated version of the first two films in the Burton-Schumacher series, made to suit the film's toyetic aesthetics.
The DC Multiverse Batman Knightmare figure and Superman & Doomsday 2-pack will both be available for pre-order starting October 18, 2024.
