After a few weeks off, I finally review issues #3/967 and #4/968 of Amazing Spider-Man by Joe Kelly and Pepe Larraz. Reading both issues back to back, I really enjoy the mystery that Kelly has here with the Hobgoblin and the battle with both him and Itsy Bitsy. What drags the issues down are the flashbacks of Peter’s middle school years, which are either a hit or miss depending on the context of the story.
