Seven Seas had something very special for danmei fans on their weekly Wonderful Wednesday licensing announcement event. 12, count ’em, 12 license announcements. Okay, it’s actually 11 because The Disabled Tyrant’s Beloved Pet Fish was announced last year, but danmei fans are eating good (and will likely be eating dirt in the next couple of months to save money to buy all the danmei) this year.
Among the 11 new licenses, three titles will release a special edition version for their first volume which is a shift in Seven Seas’ usual practice which was to release a special edition for the final volume of their danmei works. The publisher previously announced special edition versions for Run Wild: Sa Ye, Dinghai Fusheng Records, and Legend of Exorcism.
