Star Wars Officially Confirms The Bad Batch's Return After Series Cancellation

Star Wars is officially bringing back The Bad Batch. A follow-up to the series has been confirmed, and it'll be arriving much sooner than expected. At San Diego Comic-Con 2026, the 'Stories from a Galaxy Far, Far Away' panel saw the announcement that Dark Horse would be publishing Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories: The Bad Batch - Rogue Agents TPB on Nov. 3. It collects issues #1-4 of the canon Hyperspace Stories series, originally released on Dec. 31, 2025, and ran until July 15, 2026. The trade paperback will be written by Michael Moreci with pencils by Reese Hannigan, ink by Elisabetta D'Amico, colors by Michael Atiyeh, and letters by Comicraft.
