Teen-age Romances v1 #16, 1951 - One of the few comics completely drawn by Matt Baker, this issue boasts a decent cover and five interior stories by the artist. Populated by handsome men and beautiful women, the plots range from a girl devastated from a breakup to a woman dating a violent and possessive man. Perhaps the most interesting tale is “I Tried to Buy Love with Kisses”, which begins with a catfight between two women. Compared to the other stories, Baker's illustrations are a tad more elegant and more clearly defined. This is 16 of 42 Teen-age Romances issues by Baker.
