I’m looking for a new reviewer to tackle the Amazing Spider-Man title. This job doesn’t open up very often, but is one of the most read sections of the website and often gets the most comments. Dark Mark recently hung up his reviewing hat after nearly a decade and he has some big shoes to fill. I’m not looking for a Spider-Clone of Mark, but I am looking for some similar things in the next reviewer. Here’s what I’m looking for:
- The ability to get the review out in a timely manner. Ideally they’d have the review out on the Wednesday the book is released.
- The ability to keep up with two reviews a month since ASM is bi-weekly.
- Humor is a key to the review. I want someone that can offer quality pros and cons of the book, but I also want them to make the reviews entertaining. Again, look at how Mark made each review have a bit of humor in them.
- Ability to use wordpress and make the reviews look attractive with a combination of images and text.

He’s the webmaster and writes front page news items, and also produces, hosts and edits the podcast. He’s been collecting Spider-Man comics since the age of three and is a life-long fan of the webhead. Brad has interviewed several “Spider-Celebrities” over the years including co-creator Stan Lee. He’s also interviewed actors who have portrayed Spider-Man like Paul Soles (Voice Actor from the 67 Spider-Man Cartoon), Dan Gilvezan (Spidey Voice Actor from Spider-Man & His Amazing Friends) ,Yuri Lownthal (Voice Actor from the Spider-Man PlayStation game) and Nicholas Hammond (Spider-Man 1977 Actor).
