Juggernaut wants to be a gym teacher but he’s a poor role model. So, Wolverine shows Cain pictures of all the people he’s hurt in his life of crime. Juggy is sad. Cyclops trusts him now because he’s sad.
Yes, this is stupid beyond belief and there are many questions. Why would anyone think that a guy who switches sides as often as Juggernaut should teach kids? He’s already living in the mansion, how is this first time they’ve ever confronted him with his past? Does anyone think that guilt is a good motivator for permanent change? But in the end, a guy as morose as Cyclops probably would be moved by this kind of thing so…Okay.
Then, Emma Frost goes to a wedding of a High School friend, gets drunk, and outs him as a mutant. Then she, too, feels sad about what she’s done.
