Zach Cregger Says Resident Evil Will Be His Only Franchise Film

Zach Cregger’s Resident Evil reboot arrives Sept. 18, but the filmmaker says fans shouldn’t expect him to turn into Hollywood’s next hired gun for major franchises. The director of Barbarian is bringing a new version of Raccoon City to theaters, with Austin Abrams, who appeared in Weapons, starring as Bryan.
