Anime dominates 2025 Collision Awards with wins across more than 10 categories

Crunchyroll had a major night at the second annual Collision Awards, with a slate of its most popular titles taking home top honors across film and television categories. From Attack on Titan to Solo Leveling, fan-favorite anime won Gold, Silver, and Audience Choice awards, showcasing the global appeal and production excellence of anime in 2025.

The Collision Awards, launched in 2024 by the team behind the Telly Awards, celebrate excellence in animation and motion design across all formats. This year’s panel of judges featured professionals from leading companies such as The Pokémon Company International, Nickelodeon, and Catsuka.

Among the biggest winners was Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK, which earned both the Gold and Audience Choice Awards in Film, Best in Style – Anime. HAIKYU!! The Dumpster Battle also took home dual Gold Awards in Film, Sports and Film, Anime.

Other major wins included:

  • BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI- – Gold Winner in Film, Sports

  • Dr. STONE NEW WORLD – Silver Winner in Television, Mature Audiences

  • Kaiju No. 8 Season 1 – Silver Winner in Television, Action & Adventure

  • SPY x FAMILY CODE: White – Gold Winner in Film, Action & Adventure

  • Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow- – Gold Winner in Television, Fantasy & Sci-Fi; Silver and Audience Choice Winner in Television, Anime

  • The Apothecary Diaries Season 1 – Silver and Audience Choice Winner in Television, Drama

In addition to the accolades for individual titles, Crunchyroll itself earned recognition. The platform won Gold in Digital Communication, Brand Identity for its brand evolution, and Silver in Experiential, Media and Entertainment for its 2024 Anime Awards.
