Sign in to your CBR account After Hulu's planned Buffy the Vampire Slayer revival series got the axe earlier this year, fans have finally received some good news. The iconic Slayer will return for a brand-new series in 2027. Dynamite Entertainment confirmed the news ahead of New York Comic Con that a new era of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel comics will be on the way early next year, citing "multiple factors from the creative and publishing side" for the reason the launch has been pushed to March.
