Acclaimed artist from Jim Lee to Artgerm to Frank Quitely to Gabriele Dell’Otto all contribute to the released covers for Batman #1 releasing in September.
DC Comics revealed some of the covers to Batman #1, the relaunch of the series with Matt Fraction writing along with Jorge Jimenez on art (Tomeu Morey on colors). The slate of covers comes from a who’s who of artistic greats who have contributed to the Dark Knight’s history. On covers for Batman #1 includes:

- J. Scott Campbell
- Gabriele Dell’Otto
- Jorge Jiménez
- Andy Kubert
- Stanley “Artgerm” Lau
- Jim Lee
- Frank Quitely
- Marc Silvestri
- Julian Totino Tedesco
In addition the the usual slate of variant covers for Batman #1, DC Comics is also offering a new promotion they hope will add to the collectability of Batman #1. The Batman #1 “Blind as a Bat” polybag special edition will retail for $9.99 US and each blind bag will include one stunning foil variant cover, selected at random from the lineup of superstar artists listed above. The Blind as a Bat polybag edition will only be available at select retailers.
