HAPPY 30th ANNIVERSARY TO KATCHOO AND FRANCINE, AND STRANGERS IN PARADISE!

Terry Moore’s brilliant soap opera/spy story Strangers In Paradise #1 premiered on August 1, 1996.  It was self-published, and is probably one of my ten favorite comics of all time.  It’s one of the few comics that made me cry.  More than once.  And also made me laugh out loud.  Many times.  The characters are all so real and so well defined, and so distinct, that by the time you’ve read three or four issues you’ll feel like you know them all.
