Spider-Man is captured by Doctor Doom’s Doombot army. They’re is allied with the Decepticons. Optimus Prime decides to free Spidey, and works with the New Avengers to get it done.

Along the way, Tony Stark makes what is basically a giant Shogun Warrior version of Iron Man.
Obviously this is not 616 canon. But it is really fun. Interestingly, I think it IS canon for the IDW Publications Transformers universe.
