Invincible creator Robert Kirkman's latest series sets another industry record.

Per a press release from Skybound Entertainment, the second printing of the already record-breaking Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 has officially sold out at the distributor level before even arriving in stores. When the series debuted in May, it immediately became the best-selling and most critically-acclaimed title of 2025 so far, with more than 400,000 copies flying off the shelves. Currently, the third printing of Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 is set to arrive in stores on July 9 and will feature new cover art by Tom Reilly.

One of the greatest episodes of Black Mirror is getting a tie-in graphic novel that is set to open the door to more sci-fi anthology adaptations.

While the world of Invincible is expanding in comics, it is also preparing to offer fans a whole new way to enjoy their favorite characters in the form of Invincible VS, an upcoming 3v3 tag-team fighting game from Skybound Entertainment's very first in-house video game studio, Quarter Up. The game has been described as "a brutal tournament-quality 3v3 tag fighting game that lets players become a superhero in the bloodiest fight in the universe." It will feature a whole host of playable characters, including Mark Grayson, aka Invincible, as well as the likes of Atom Eve, Thula, and Bulletproof. As of the time of writing, Invincible VS is expected to be released sometime in 2026.

The third printing of Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 is set to arrive in comic book stores everywhere on July 9.
