Another giant-size anthology with both original and reprinted material. The first original story has Spider-Man helping the Fantastic Four beat up a giant mummy and then, somewhat randomly, fighting the FF based on a misunderstanding. Electro is robbing the Daily Bugle, Spidey goes to punch him, and invisible Sue gets between his fist and Electro. Spidey knocks her out on accident and the rest of the team get all mad about it. It’s kinda dumb and reads like an “all ages” book.
After that, the Thunderbolts’ version of Venom, which is really the symbiotic bonded to the original Scorpion, goes after the new Scorpion for identity theft.

There’s a bit of a “who’s on first” routine between Scorpion 2 and her team, while she is being chased by Venom.
Meh.
After that, it’s reprints and a mini-marvels segment.
