Strange Tales v1 #111, 1963 - Continuing as a backup feature, Dr. Strange confronts a wayward student of the Ancient One named
(making his first appearance). Steve Ditko does his best with the artwork, despite the small page count. His drawings are confined into small panels, but show no lack of effort. This story was alter reprinted in Marvel Treasury Edition #6. Jack Kirby's cover introduces the Asbestos Man, foil for the Human Torch. This issue also includes artwork by Don Heck. This is 47 of 82 Strange Tales issues by Ditko and 44 of 74 Strange Tales issues by Kirby. /// key
