Jordan Iacobucci has been an avid reader and movie fan since childhood. Jordan is known among his friends as the Marvel and Star Wars nerd, and even wrote a thirty-page college dissertation about Spider-Man! He has been a staff writer at both Screen Rant and CBR, where he enjoys sharing his love for pop culture with the world.
Everyone's favorite web-slinging superhero is on his way back to the big screen this Summer, and audiences are already getting hyped in anticipation. Ahead of Spider-Man: Brand New Day hitting theaters on July 31, all three of Tom Holland's MCU Spider-Man films are dominating the streaming charts worldwide.
According to FlixPatrol, both 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming and 2019's Spider-Man: Far From Home are in Disney+'s Top 10 most-streamed titles globally, in the No. 6 and No. 7 spots, respectively. Spider-Man: No Way Home isn't available on Disney+, but is performing well on Starz, where it debuted in the No. 10 slot. The 2021 film will soon join its predecessors on Disney+, however, as it is set to begin streaming on the platform on April 15.
Everyone Is Flocking to Spider-Man Ahead of Brand New Day

The 2021 crossover film united all three live-action Spider-Man actors on the big screen for the first time, while also setting up Tom Holland's iteration of the character for a new arc that brings him closer to his comic book roots.
The Spider-Man movies were successful long before their recent streaming rise, however. Tom Holland's superhero trilogy has earned a combined total of just under $4 billion worldwide, making it the MCU's highest-earning franchise apart from The Avengers. Spider-Man: Brand New Day plans to continue the franchise's win streak, with most box office analysts concluding that it will be another billion-dollar hit, and perhaps the highest-earning movie of the Summer.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day Kicks Off a New Era for Tom Holland's Superhero
Spider-Man: Brand New Day swings into theaters on July 31, marking one of the most anticipated movie events of 2026. The first trailer reveals a downtrodden Peter Parker struggling to rebuild his life after the landmark events of No Way Home, which included wiping his loved ones' memories of him. Now, in the wake of Doctor Strange's spell, Peter fully devotes himself to his career as Spider-Man, fighting new threats like Tombstone, Boomerang, Scorpion, and Tarantula.
As its title suggests, Brand New Day marks a new era for Tom Holland's Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With a new director, Shang-Chi's Destin Daniel Cretton, at the helm and a fresh creative direction, Brand New Day sets itself apart from the previous three films in anticipation of a larger, more grounded arc for its principal hero. Spider-Man will more closely resemble the street-level character that fans recognize from the comics, marking a significant departure from Jon Watts' coming-of-age high school films lovingly titled "The Home Trilogy."
It's an exciting time to be a Spider-Man fan, as Spider-Man: Brand New Day amps up its promotional campaign. Ahead of its release this July, audiences can relive Peter Parker's early adventures on Disney+ and Starz.
