Trailer Watch: ‘Osiris’ (2025) Sci-Fi Action Movie with Linda Hamilton, Max Martini, & Brianna Hildebrand

Almost nothing is better than a good sci-fi horror movie. Alien, Aliens, Event Horizon, Lifeforce, and Sunshine, just to name a few, are part of my DVD collection that are part of my yearly watch list. Featuring a Linda Hamilton who looks far more comfortable in her tough-girl role than she did in Terminator: Dark Fate, Osiris harkens back to that old-school sci-fi horror that pits highly trained military men against overwhelming aliens.   

Plot:                    

“Special Forces commandos are abducted mid-operation by a mysterious spacecraft and, upon awakening, team up with a mysterious woman (Linda Hamilton) in a fight for survival against a relentless alien race.”

The trailer quickens the blood, as the simple premise for Osiris may be just want the genre needs. We keep asking for something new from Hollywood, so we should support them when they finally do something that isn’t a tired sequel. It’s actually available on streaming now!
