Yaamava Resort & Casino to Gift Vintage Copy of "Action Comics No. 1" as Grand Prize

In celebration of the upcoming "Superman" film, the Yaamava' Resort & Casino in Highland, CA is offering guests a chance to win one of the most valuable comic books in history - Action Comics No. 1, the legendary 1938 comic book that marked the debut of the Man of Steel and launched the superhero genre. Valued at approximately $400,000, the comic will be awarded to one lucky guest on August 5th.
The iconic issue is currently on display at Yamaava' in a specially designed, Kryptonite-green case inspired by Superman's Fortress of Solitude. Positioned at the entrance to the casino floor, the exhibit has already drawn crowds of comic book fans and collectors from across the country.
The promotion continues Yamaava's growing reputation for headline-making giveaways. Past prizes have included a rare PSA 10 Michael Jordan Fleer rookie card and a vintage car presented in partnership with Jay Leno.
