Marvel Comics has unveiled a preview for the upcoming second issue of One World Under Doom, which shows things will not go well for the Fantastic Four, especially The Thing. The highly anticipated event launched on February 12 and finally saw Victor Von Doom change the status quo by assuming ultimate control, with Earth's heroes now looking to stand against the new conqueror.
Per Marvel, "In a brazen move they will live to regret, the Fantastic Four strike at Earth's beloved new leader while he delivers a rousing speech at the United Nations." The One World Under Doom #2 preview also reveals Doom confiding in Valeria Richards, the only person who commands his respect. Will Valeria share her uncle's vision for the world, or will she decide to side with her parents, whom Doom considers misguided and jealous? Series writer Ryan North and artist R.B. Silva will take readers through the triumphs and trials of Doom's regime over nine issues.
