The following contains spoilers for The Will of Doom #1, on sale next week from Marvel Comics
Following the events of One World Under Doom, where Doctor Doom took control of Earth as the Sorcerer Supreme, only to give it all up when his battles with the heroes of the planet ended with the death of his goddaugther, Valeria Richards, the next stage of the Marvel Universe is now beggining with the Will of Doom!
The Will of Doom #1 is from writer Chip Zdarsky and artist CAFU, and it is part of the beginning of the next phase of the Marvel Universe, which will also tie into Zdarsky's Captain America series (which started with a storyline set in Latveria soon after Captain America came out of suspended animation, and will now continue with a modern day story set in Latveria).

LONG LIVE, DOOM!
As the Fantastic Four deal with the fallout from ONE WORLD UNDER DOOM, they’re faced with big questions and a surprising new global menace! Will the White House have their backs? Will…the RED HULK? The next stage of the Marvel Universe starts here!
48 PGS./ONE-SHOT/Rated T+ …$6.99
The preview pages opens with a glimpse of how the world is reacting to the end of Doom's reign. There were a great deal of people across the planet who were quite happy with Doom as the leader of the world, and the revelation that he was powering himself with the life force of the people of Earth is treated like "fake news" by a number of people. However, most people just go back to their everyday lives.
That is NOT the case for the mayor of Evanston, Virginia, though, who has seemed to have taken on the personality of Doctor Doom!
We then cut to the Fantastic Four's headquarters, where a number of pro-Doom protesters are protesting the Fantastic Four because, well, obviously no one else was there when the Living Tribunal made the deal with Doom, so as far as these people see things, the Fantastic Four just murdered Doctor Doom, and are now saying that his will left his entire estate to Reed Richards' daughter!
And that, of course, is the big reveal in the previews, that Doom left his entire estate to Valeria Richards. Foggy Nelson confirms that the will is binding. Valeria wants to turn the money down, but for the time being, she is basically the richest child on the planet. Of course, Doom has a lot more than just money, so it is his OTHER legacies that the other Marvel heroes will be concerned about, and if you want to know what happens there, you'll have to pick up a copy of The Will of Doom #1 when it goes on sale next week.
