The official solicit synopsis for Predator: Bloodshed #1 from Marvel Comics reads, "In the near future, Earth’s fiercest fighters have gathered for an underground martial arts tournament organized by a shadowy organization. But all hell breaks loose when an unexpected combatant enters the ring: an alien PREDATOR!"
"Now the champions are battling not just for the grand prize, but for their very lives! Can a disparate group of competitors band together in time to survive the extraterrestrial hunter?! Choose your fighter, place your bets and brace yourselves for a bloody tournament unlike any other!"
Predator: Bloodshed is just the latest in a long line of Predator comics to be released by Marvel Comics in the years since the publisher acquired the rights to the franchise. Among these have been numerous crossovers with the characters of the Marvel Universe, the hit Predator: Black, White & Blood anthology limited series, a series of titles charting Theta's ongoing battle against the Yautja, and even a prequel to the recently released Predator: Badlands.
The latest crossover series, Predator Kills the Marvel Universe by writer Benjamin Percy and artist Marcelo Ferreira, is currently approaching its fifth and final issue, which is set to be the most explosive yet. After facing off against the invading Yautja army across numerous battlefields, the heroes of the Marvel Universe are finally coming together to take their final stand against the Predator threat.
Unfortunately for the likes of Spider-Man, Black Panther, and Sue Storm, the invading Yautja army has an invaluable insider to help them chart their course of action in the form of Kraven the Hunter. Not only has Kraven found a seemingly endless number of kindred spirits in the Predator society, he has found a band of fellow hunters capable of helping him bring about a permanent end to Avengers such as the Mighty Thor, proving just how much of an uphill battle the rest of the world's heroes are about to walk into.
Predator: Bloodshed #1 goes on sale Feb. 25, 2026 from Marvel Comics.
