JND Studios has officially revealed a striking new addition to its premium collectible lineup with the debut of a hyperreal 1/4 scale Superman statue inspired by DC Comics' acclaimed Kingdom Come storyline as well as a variant Justice League version. Both pieces launch as the inaugural releases in the company's new Comic Origins Series, signaling a continued expansion into comic-accurate, high-end collectibles.
Meticulously crafted, each statue showcases JND Studios' signature approach to realism, featuring a highly detailed likeness and tailored fabric elements, including a realistic costume and flowing cape. One design faithfully captures Superman's mature, commanding presence as depicted in Kingdom Come while the other depicts the classic look of the Man Steel as a member of the Justice League.
Collectors will have multiple purchasing options, including the Kingdom Come version and the Justice League variant, as well as a dual package offering both editions. Each piece is priced at $899, with the combined set available at $1,699. The release will be strictly limited, with only 999 units produced across all versions, underscoring its exclusivity within the high-end statue market.
Pre-orders are scheduled to open on March 20 at 11:00 PM EST, positioning the release as one of the most anticipated collectible drops of the season. Early demand is expected to be strong given the character's enduring popularity, prestige, and iconic history.
With its combination of craftsmanship, limited availability, and reverence for one of DC's most celebrated interpretations of Superman, JND Studios' latest offering is poised to become a centerpiece for serious collectors and fans of premium comic-inspired art.
