So, Punisher, who was last seen imprisoned by SHIELD, escapes when the Stark tech used in the prison fails as a result of the skrull invasion. GW Bridge goes after him, a bunch of skrulls die.
Before Bridge and Punisher can throw down, Rampage appears.
They all end up being pinned down by a skrull sniper, and despite his desire for revenge, Rampage saves the day.
In the final battle with the skrulls, Rampage’s armor explodes. We see in the final panels that … He’s the next Jigsaw?
Next issue will be Fraction’s last, and the last of the series. It feels a bit like an inventory issue, but we’ll cover it later. It would have been better to just end here.
