It’s another Wolverine one-shot. But this one is in black and white!

Other than one story, it’s nothing you haven’t seen before. Solid talent is attached to each story, which certainly makes this a much easier to read project.
In the tradition of Golden Age comics, there’s a three-page text piece. Back then, comics were deemed harmful to youth unless they had “articles.” But if you’re like me, you pick up a comic when you DON’T want to read a full-text piece so…I skipped this feature.
Okay, but what about that one story I referenced above–the one that makes this an above average comic?

The great Ted McKeever writes/draws a piece where Wolverine goes to an island, eats wild boar, and fights a giant ape bully to become the hero of a tribe of anthropomorphized monkeys. It’s great because…Ted McKeever. He’s just awesome.
One more note: If you release a black-and-white comic, I assume it’s because you think there’s something fresh, different or special about black and white? So…Why the color cover?
