A massive 1968 Superman promotional poster originally created for New Jersey's legendary Palisades Amusement Park has sold for US$17,000 through JS War Posters, following an extensive professional restoration.

Originally produced in partnership with DC Comics, the striking 42-by-82-inch poster was part of a national campaign encouraging children to visit Palisades Amusement Park with special coupons available inside Superman comic books.
