I review the 7th part of the 8 Deaths of Spider-Man by Joe Kelly and Ed McGuiness. As we near the end of this story (finally) Cyra finally has a epiphany, Dr. Doom continues to prove why he always snatches defeat from the jaws of victory and all hope remains in a very “dead” Spider-Man. Does this sound like Spider-Man? No, not really, art work is great, but like Cytterak sitting on his thrown not doing anything, this story seems to be doing much of the same. But don’t worry, we learn why Big Daddy Red hasn’t been doing anything this entire time. I guess he needs to fell the Power of Love by Huey Lewis to free him from loss.
