SpongeBob to Celebrate Massive Milestone With a Must-Have Collectible for Fans

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea and, now, with a commemorative keepsake for all to see? SpongeBob SquarePants, that’s who. Fans of the long-running Nickelodeon franchise will be ecstatic to know the keepsake in question isn’t simply for those underwater who crave one — no goodies for you though, Plankton — but also for anyone who wants to celebrate the legendary shenanigans of Bikini Bottom.

On February 17, 2026, fans can get their hands on SpongeBob SquarePants: The Art of an Undersea World, a deep dive of a tribute into all things SpongeBob, including previously unreleased art from both the TV show and films — such as pre-production sketches — and interviews with cast and the creator, Stephen Hillenburg, make it that much more epic.

With more than 350 pages of content, SpongeBob SquarePants: The Art of an Undersea World might require a scuba mask to search its depths or, at minimum, Sandy’s air helmet. The collectible is a must-have for all Bikini Bottom fans, researched and written by Tracey Miller-Zarmeke, credited with also creating art books for other classic franchises such as Kung Fu Panda, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and How to Train Your Dragon, it celebrates a quarter-century of SpongeBob's hijinks.

That’s an unreal number of accomplishments that don't account for the list of accolades earned by the franchise: more than a jaw-dropping 100 awards won and over 200 combined nominations.
