It’s been a long week with a lot of reveals regarding this fall’s massive X-Men and Marvel Universe event Age of Revelation. We’ve learned a lot about what’s in store for with both the X-Men and the larger Marvel Universe in this potential future dystopia. That said, we’ve finally reached the end of them with this last batch of creators and synopses.
As expected Eve Ewing, who currently writes Exceptional X-Men, will tackle Expatriate X-Men for the event. This book will give readers a glimpse of everyone’s favorite hero from Jersey City and the teenage heroes from Exceptional in this nightmare future. Today’s announcements also include older versions of Cloak and Dagger ,a zombie Deadpool in Undeadpool mini-series, and what the Avengers look like in this world.
All of these books will release in October. Some retailers this week received copies of Age of Revelation #0 giving the lucky readers in those stores their first glimpse at this event. Additionally, Marvel with this announcement revealed that collections for this event will debut in April 2026. Marvel will likely reveal even more at their panel at SDCC so keep your eyes on The Beat for any further developments! Check out this final batch of synopses below.
So far, fans have learned about 13 AGE OF REVELATION series and today, they can discover the final four, all hitting stands on October 29.
The new launches include EXPATRIATE X-MEN, a next generation X-Men team who directly opposes Revelation’s rule; CLOAK OR DAGGER, a bold twist on the iconic duo currently experiencing a surge in popularity thanks to Marvel Rivals; UNDEADPOOL, which sees Deadpool consumed by an insatiable hunger for mutantkind; and X-VENGERS, a new Avengers squad led by Dani Moonstar, featuring classic members transformed into mutants.
