These issues have two major intertwining storylines, and also show The Order getting a new headquarters and the team publicist dealing with Becky “Aralune” Ryan’s sex tape.
The first bigger story has to do with mutated desert creatures attacking civilians. It’s pretty straightforward, but solid, and ends with Milo having to crawl out of his Supanaut armor and kill a giant scorpion with a rock.

Gross.
After that, the Man from SHADOW arrives to investigate the scene of the battle and Milo and Becky have to hide in a cave, where they’re stalked by some demonic-looking wolves. The arc ends with them still in the cave–their story bleeds into the next one.
The other story delves further into Avona’s death. In the last story, Mulholland was able to communicate with Avona’s spirit and learned that the other fired members of The Order were involved in her death. So, Calamity and Veda go to find Carlos “Corona” Carvalho, another fired member, but when they arrive they find him dead–after having just been killed by The Black Dahlias. They’re featured on the cover of issue #5 (above).
After a fight, Mulholland admits to Pepper Potts that she used be a member of the Black Dahlias.

She gets fired from the team and then is kidnapped by the Black Dahlias, who appear to be working for SHADOW.
At the end of these issues, a huge tidal wave threatens to destroy San Francisco but stops right before it hits and freezes in place. Then, Namor arrives and says that the surface world has destroyed Atlantis and he will unleash the wall of water if there is any further aggression. That will be the next story.
