The Age of Revelation continues to reshape the Marvel Universe, as this wide-ranging X-Men crossover that moves every title ten years ahead (while showing the effects of Revelation, the heir of Apocalypse, conquering half of North America in the future), affects all the X-Men titles (every current X-Men title has been replaced by a corresponding new title set in the future), but also a number of NON X-Men titles, including Cloak and Dagger.

In this CBR exclusive preview of Cloak or Dagger #1, see how the iconic duo is adapting to life in the future, a future where only one of them can exist in our dimension at any given moment!

X YEARS LATER, and Tandy and Tyrone have tied the knot – but their bond has come with a terrible cost. Now they can no longer exist on the same plane at the same time. Reunited at last, the fan-favorite characters from the hit Marvel Rivals face a love story warped by power and fate.

32 PGS./Rated T …$3.99

In the preview pages, we see that the world continues to exist on the edge of the "Revelation Zone," namely the area of the United States where Revelation has transformed using his ability to communicate with anything, even plants! This world still needs its superheroes, and here, we see Dagger leading two new heroes, Scritch and Flex, against some bad guys.

Dagger has some new blades that she is using, and we also see Scritch and Flex show off their own superhero abilities, while bantering with Dagger about whether they need "catchphrases" as superheroes. However, the key part of the comic comes when they see that they are about to be swarmed by some bad guys. This is a time when you really need a superhero teleporter, like Cloak.

However, for some mysterious reason, Cloak and Dagger cannot exist together. Only one of them can be there at any moment, so Cloak has to use her telepathic bond with her future husband, Cloak, and have him switch with her so that he can take care of the problem. This, of course, is a major change in the Cloak and Dagger relationship, even bigger than the fact that they are married. If you want to know WHY they can no longer share the same plane of existence, you'll have to pick up a copy of Cloak or Dagger #1 next week!
