Weird Science v2 #12, 1952 - A team of space explorers arrive on a distant planet, where they meet grotesque beings called Knogs. Part of an advanced civilization, these creatures live alongside humanoids called Gobls. Wally Wood's story art and his accompanying cover are meticulously drawn. The artist takes great care with each page and panel. Almost equally well drawn is Wood's second tale, about a married man who substitutes himself with an android so he can elope with his beautiful secretary. Other artists in this golden age science fiction comic include Jack Kamen and Joe Orlando.
