Don’t look now, but DC Comics is providing a first look at Kyle Higgins and Matt Groom’s Immortal Legend Batman #1. Taking inspiration from Japanese Tokusatsu series like Ultraman and Power Rangers, Immortal Legend turns Batman into a new type of hero. According to the preview, perhaps, this is a hero without Bruce Wayne! In fact, Higgins, known for Boom Studios MMPR, designs a new cybernetic spin on the Bat-family in the process.
