This issue is a transition issue. After the first big story arc, Deadpool and his hot doctor friend crash land in Man-Thing’s swamp looking for a dimensional portal to help return Headpool to the Zombie Dimension.
Portal in a swamp? Yes, that would be Man-Thing.
At the end of the issue, Deadpool begins teleporting to another dimension. I’m sure shenanigans will follow.
