Eclipse Monthly v1 #2, 1983 - Cap'n Quick and a Foozle make their second appearance illustrated with panache by Marshall Rogers. His pacing and layouts have an elegance, despite the silliness of the scenes. Steve Ditko does similar justice to his Static story. His familiar graphic style creates interesting, almost expressionistic effects, usually featuring the hero. Other artists in this copper age comic include Doug Wildey.
