Ghostly Tales v1 #104, 1973 - In the midst of the French Revolution, a nobleman secures his hidden wealth before departing Paris. But can he flee the Bastille before the peasants get to him? Steve Ditko's opening page is rather mundane, but subsequent pages are well drawn and laid out. Nicely detailed, he captures this tumultuous time with vigorous linework and cross-hatching. Other artists in this issue include Joe Staton and Pat Boyette. Cover by Boyette.
