This one-shot was a poor attempt to try to make me care about the Winter Guard. The plot is convoluted and confusing, and Hulk only appears in flashbacks that reprint prior issues of Incredible Hulk. I”m really not sure what the point of it all is, except that I think Darkstar dies but then her soul is captured and contained in the darkstar medallion that gave her her powers, while the medallion itself is given to a replacement Darkstar.
Also, another Crimson Dynamo dies. Eaten by a giant snake.
But when one dies, yet another is born. By my count, she’s number 13.
