In issue #600, Red Hulk made it so Bruce Banner can never be Hulk again. If you call bullshit on that, so do all the heroes…
But the scientists do their tests and confirm that he no longer has Gamma Radiation in his body. At the same time, Banner knows better. He says Hulk will be back, steals the Hulk armor, and then teleports away using tech he stole from The Leader.
Skaar is hunting his father and finds Banner waiting for him in the desert. He beats Banner up for a bit to provoke a green transformation, but Hulk doesn’t come out.
Banner’s not mad about it, though. He offers to teach Skaar how to kill Hulk when he returns.
After that, Banner hacks a HAMMER satellite and shoots Juggernaut while he’s taking a crap on the toilet. Not sure what’s going on there, but I’m assuming it’s lead-in to the next issue.
A second story features Lyra and the group she’s affiliated with. It’s bad.
It features the debut of the Black Gamma Corps, which is three enhanced copies of classic Hulk villains. They suck as much as Lyra sucks trying to be a new She-Hulk.
