Vault Comics has announced that Lilith by Corin Howell will return next year as an ongoing series. This is excellent news for a series that has dealt with printing issues, which led to rescheduling problems with issues #3, #4, and #5 earlier this year.

Lilith has become a genuine social media sensation. Howell’s illustrations of Lilith have garnered millions of likes across various social media platforms, solidifying her status as one of the most popular original illustrated characters online. The book quickly achieved both critical acclaim and commercial success, resulting in multiple sellouts and new printings.

“SURPRISE!!! :D ✨LILITH✨got a second arc! And our dark lovely lady and savior will be returning next year in 2026 with a whole new chapter! :3 I’m so excited to share more stories of my gal with you guys!!” posted Howell on Instagram.

Lilith is a sapphic horror comic book series about a man-eating demon stuck in our dimension. Check out Howell’s interview with The Beat here, which describes the series in detail.

Lilith is an immortal who’s been banished from her home, a dimensional plane suspiciously similar to mankind’s idea of hell. She’s been posing as a model on Earth while secretly preying on humans. That is, until she runs into Penelope, a sweet bookstore owner with a tome that might hold the secret to returning Lilith to her home dimension.

“Familiar faces reappear in Lilith’s life,” said Howell of the phase in Lilith’s story, “but the reunion isn’t so welcomed. Now Lilith has to caution herself around some old rivals, new monsters, and some current financial issues, all while navigating this new thing with Penelope called… “feelings”? Oh, and Ben has a night job that’s right up Michael’s alley.”

Readers can catch up with the Lilith Volume 1 trade paperback at comic book and book stores everywhere on October 14, 2025. More details about the next arc of Lilith will be revealed soon, and fans can expect to see Lilith‘s triumphant return to store shelves in 2026.
